We would like to especially thank Hospice Compassus; A New Haven for the Elderly; Cardiologist, Nima Amjadi and his staff at Texas Heart and Vascular; Dr. Anas Daghestani and the staff of the ARC Advanced Care Clinic. They made it possible for Albert to be comfortable and happy during the last year. The combination of PTSD, Alzheimer's Disease and AFib made him a very unhappy person and they were able to turn things around so the family will have fond memories of time spent with him.
