Albert Jones Jr. of Austin, Texas passed at home with his wife, Ada Jones by his side early Wednesday morning, December 26, 2018.

Albert Jones Jr. was born on July 7th, 1920 to Albert and Lucy Jones in Bastrop, Texas.

He accepted Christ at an early age. He was faithful member of Pilgrim Rest Church where he remained active until his health prevented him from participation. He both attended and graduated from Bastrop School District.

Preceded in death are his parents, brothers L.C. and Charles Jones, sisters Annie Bedford, Lucindy Taylor, and Sallie Jones Priestley, and daughter Linda Kay (Hunter) Smith. Albert Jones Jr. was married to Ada Jones for over 36 years.

Jones leaves to mourn; daughters Louis Mitchell E. Jones, Ola Gail Jones, Andrea (Donald) all of Austin, Texas. As well as Windy Perry and Ronnie Perry of Killeen, Texas. He leaves sons Lee Albert Jones, Robert Earl Jones, Shawn Eric Jones, and Victor (Donnie) Jones: all of Austin, Texas. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, his sister Lucy Eilers, and a host of relatives and friends.

Albert Jones Jr. lived a full and happy life for 98 years. Jones always said: keep living and you get here too!

Visitation Serv ices will be held on Thursday, January 3rd, 2019 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at All Faiths Funeral Service 8507 N. IH-35, Austin Texas. Home Going Celebration will be held on Friday, January 4th, 2019 at 1:00pm at Pilgrim Rest Primitive Baptist Church, 3750 Ed Bluestien Blvd., Austin Texas 78722.

Graveside Services Committal will be held on Monday, January 7th, 2019 at 11:00am at the Central Texas State Veteran's Cemetery in Killeen, Texas.
