Arline Thompson

Arline Thompson ("Uncle Buck") was born to the late Carrie Wolford and Robert Thompson on July 13, 1925 in LaGrange, Texas.

He had a strong belief in Christ and was baptized at an early age.
Arline attended primary school. At the age of 9, after the passing of his mother, he left school to financially provide for his family.

As a young adult, Arline learned to be a master of various types of trade from taking up mechanics, being a construction worker and working for a trucking company. He had a passion for figuring out how to fix things.

His hobbies included fishing, playing dominoes and watching wrestling.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Martha E. Thompson.

He entered a calm rest in the arms of Jesus on October 27, 2015.
Arline leaves to cherish his memory: four children, Rosie Lee of Holland, TX., Ella Thompson of Austin, TX., Bruce Brown of Austin, TX and Robin Thompson-Monroe of Pflugerville, TX. He also leaves behind multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family, relatives and friends whom he dearly loved.
