Arthur W. Giffen, aged 63, took his final journey on December 10, 2012. Arthur was born on January 15, 1949 in San Antonio, TX. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Lilly and his brother, Harry Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Laurel Giffen, his son, Michael Giffen and daughter, Melody Rajski, son-in-law, Michael Rajski and grandchildren Mya Faith and Michael Ryan; along with his brother Billy, wife Maggie, nephew Justin and his grand-nieces Courtney and Ashley. Arthur is remembered as a good husband, father, brother and friend and will be missed by all. A viewing will be held Sunday, December 16, 2012 from 10:00am-1:00pm at All Faiths Funeral Chapel, 8507 N. IH-35 with a service to follow from 1-2pm. Arthur was born into this world at Brook Army Hospital at Ft. Sam Houston. His final resting place will be within sight at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetary. Burial will be on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 11:30am.
