Barbara Ellen Machts-Ghrist, 74, passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 in Austin, TX.
Barbara was born August 24, 1947 in San Antonio, TX to Bertha and Alfred Machts.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Misty Raines; her son, Roy Grist II; granddaughters, Ashara Scott and Alyssa Raines; grandsons, Andrew Grist and William Fisher; brothers, Alfred Machts Jr., Paul Machts, Robert Paris, Keith Machts, Mike Gary; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Ghrist I; mother, Bertha Paris; father, Alfred Machts; sister, Carol Pawlik; and brothers, John Paris and Karl Machts.
A graveside service will be held: Mon, March 14, 2:00 pm at the San Jose Burial Park, 8235 Mission Road, San Antonio, TX.
