Clara Hilcher

Clara Hilcher of Smithville, Texas at 76 years of age went to be with her husband Charles Hilcher of 57 years of marriage on October 26, 2016.
Clara was born on July 23, 1940 in Wharton, Texas to Frank and Mamie Hurst.
Proceeded in death by her husband Charles Hilcher; by her parents Frank and Mamie Hurst; sister Mary Hudspeth, two brothers John Henry and Don Ray Hurst. She was survived by her four sisters, Betty, Dorothy, Sissie Hurst and Frances Mynar and two brothers Billy Hurst and Sammy Hurst and wife Kathy. Clara will be missed by numerous nephews and nieces and great and great great nephews and nieces.
Clara was a devoted wife and rancher. She loved her dog "Rocky" and her Friday night Smithville Tigers football.
She will be laid to rest on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Smithville, Texas.
