Connie Trietsch

Services for Connie Allcorn Trietsch, 71, of Austin, TX will be held graveside at Eastlawn Memorial Park in Early, TX on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Stan Allcorn of Pioneer Baptist Church, Abilene, will officiate.

Connie died peacefully at Hospice Austin's Christopher House on February 28, 2014 in Austin. Born December 2, 1942 and raised in Brownwood, she graduated from the University of North Texas and was an elementary school teacher in Dallas, Amarillo, and Austin. She was a member of Tarrytown United Methodist Church, Austin.

Connie blessed this world with loving warmth, caring kindness, and an unwavering faith in her God who she recognized, thanked, and celebrated daily. A wonderful mother and steadfast friend to many, she touched the world in special ways through her magnificent joy, peace, and humor. Her physical presence on this earth will be missed but her spirit will live on forever in our hearts.

Survivors include two loving sons Matt Trietsch and Phil Trietsch, and Phil's partner Michelle Brazel, all of Austin; her brother Billy Jack Allcorn and his wife, Laurie, of San Antonio; and many others. Connie's parents George Lee Allcorn and Mary Jo Coffey Allcorn of Brownwood preceded her in death.

Interment services are entrusted to Heartland Funeral Services of Brownwood, Texas.
