Domingo Martinez J.

Mingo Martinez, 62, peacefully passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022, at his home in Buda, Texas. He was born and raised in Kyle, Texas.

Mingo was the beloved husband and best friend to his wife, Vera, of 24 years.

Mingo loved watching and was a passionate fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Longhorns. He enjoyed spending time with family, laughing, and always had a smile on his face for anyone that crossed his path. His love for life brought joy to everyone he came in contact with. On Sunday mornings, he and Vera loved taking long drives enjoying the Texas scenery and visiting the places where he grew up as a boy.

He enjoyed a 20-year career working as a heavy equipment operator with his friends and peers at Longhorn Paving Company.

A visitation and Vigil service will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2022 at 1:00 PM. A luncheon in his honor will be announced at a later date.
