Eric Loper

Eric "Danny" Daniel Loper, 38, passed away Sunday evening, August 25, 2013, in Austin. Danny was born April 11, 1975 in Georgetown, TX to the parents of Bud Loper and Cathy Sundberg.

He was Cathy Sundberg's only child. Cathy and Bud felt blessed that God sent Danny to them and felt blessed to be by Danny's side, when God took him home.

Danny was an amazing artist. He had a kind soul and a beautiful, warm, giving heart. He was a people pleaser with a great sense of humor. Even in the darkest times, he kept a smile on his face to ease and comfort whoever was in his presence. He used his humor around others to selflessly lighten awkward or difficult situations.

On April 30, 2000 Danny's wife, Lauren Loper gave birth to their child, Callie Rebecca Loper. He was never happier then the first day he held his baby girl. Callie was the light in Danny's life. She meant the world to him, nothing was more important than his little girl. He was a natural care-giver. Danny was a loving, faithful husband and wonderful father.

He is survived by his daughter, Callie Rebecca Loper; mother, Cathy Sundberg; father, Bud Loper; brother, Bud Thomas Loper; wife and best friend of 15 years, Lauren Rebecca Loper; as well as a large extended family.

A visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at All Faiths Funeral Services - North Chapel. Services will follow beginning at 12 noon.
