Evelyn F. Cook, age 85 of Austin Texas, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2015.
Born in Austin, Texas on September 25, 1930 to John Love Feagin and Carrie Azella Feagin.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her late husband, Jasper Cook in 2007.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Smith of Austin, Texas.
Visitation Services will be held on Sunday, December 13th, 2015 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at All Faiths Funeral Chapel, 8507 N. IH-35, Austin Texas.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday, December 14th, 2015 at 1:00pm at the Oakwood Cemetery, Cisco Texas.
