Freddie Ray Maxwell Jr. was born to Freddie Ray Maxwell Sr. and Linda
Diana Matthews on January 29,1981 in Austin Texas. He gave his life to
Christ at an early age and was baptized at Sweet Home Missionary
Baptist Church in Clarksville (Austin Texas).
Freddie attended Sims Elementary, Lamar Junior High and Reagan High
School in Austin Texas. He attended and graduated from CORE.
Freddie loved drawing animated characters and writing short stories.
He also loved color coordinating his outfits and wearing cologne to
smell GOODAH. He had a big heart and loved to talk but would do more
listening and going with the flow of life.
Freddie was a die-hard 49ers and UT Longhorns fan. His passion for
these teams was a big part of his personality and a source of joy for
those who shared in his love of the game. He had a love for football,
basketball and baseball. His desire was to one day be a coach. Freddie
loved being around his family and friends. HIS LOVE WAS TRUE, HARD
AND REAL!!
Freddie was proceeded in death by his mother, Linda Diana Matthews;
grandparents, Alfred and Lovie Lee Matthews and Beatrice Maxwell.
He leaves to mourn his passing his father, Freddie Ray Maxwell Sr.
(Beverly); sisters, Camisha Maxwell and Chelsea Matthews-Hughes
(Jamie); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends
