Harold Susskind Jr

Harold A. Susskind, Jr. passed away on March 10, 2017 at the age of 74. He was born in Springfield, MA on January 13, 1943. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from the Internal Revenue Service in California. He spent his retirement living in Austin, Texas pursuing his passion of reading and was deeply involved in the care and rescue of stray cats.

Harold was preceded in death by his mother Olga Donna Barker of California and father Harold A. Susskind, Sr. of Austin, TX.

He is survived by siblings Candace Barker Bergman, Chris Barker, Roy Barker and Bruce Barker of California. He is also survived by siblings Michael Susskind of Arizona, Christine Susskind of Georgia, and Susan Susskind Wilkinson and John Susskind of Texas and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services are scheduled at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX on Wednesday April 5th at 11:15am.
