Heather Lynn Eaton

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Heather Lynn Eaton, 58, who passed away peacefully on March 18, 2025, in Austin, Texas. Heather was born to Wally Eaton and Judy Eaton on April 8, 1966, in Manistee, Michigan. She was a cherished daughter, sister, fiancée, mother, and grandmother. Her warmth, kindness, and unique, free spirit will be remembered always.Heather had a loving and caring nature. She especially loved spending time with her parents, Wally and Judy, as well as her fiancée, Julio, and her family. She adored her three daughters-Ashley, Amber, and Autumn-and her grandchildren, Austin and Ava. Heather enjoyed thrifting, relaxing with a book by the pool, and, above all, finding special gifts for those she loved. She was known for thoughtfully wrapping and giving small gifts on most holidays.For the past several years, Heather lived with her daughter, Ashley, and son-in-law, Travis Vanderkolk, where they all cared for each other with love and support.Heather regularly watched and cared for her grandson, Austin, who loved his "Gramma Heather" dearly. Their bond was a special one, and Austin will always carry the memories of his time with her in his heart.Heather was the loving fiancée of Julio Cantu, and they were planning their wedding for 2025. Julio was a central part of Heather’s life, and the love they shared was truly special. They meant the world to each other, supporting and caring for one another in ways only they could understand. Their bond was filled with love, laughter, and a deep connection that made them each other's greatest joy.Heather has always been deeply grateful for the love and support of her parents, Wally and Judy Eaton, throughout her life. She was also thankful for the relationship she shared with her brothers, Toby Eaton and Walter Jay Eaton, who each had a special place in her heart.Though Heather's passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her, her love, kindness, and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
