James Lantrip

James Hilton Lantrip, 53 Died September 26, 2014 in Austin, Texas.
James proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from November 1981 to November 1985. He was deployed in 1983 as a part of "Operation Urgent Fury" when the U.S. invaded Grenada. After serving, James worked in carpentry until his death.

James loved working with his hands and he loved animals.
James is predeceased by father James Thomas Lantrip and mother Georgia Lilly He is survived by Kerry McAllister, son Joshua Lantrip, and daughters Amber Marks and Tina Shannon.

Memorial Inurnment Service with Military Honors will be held on Tuesday at 1:00pm at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 State Hwy 195, Killeen, Texas.
