Round Rock, TX - Jay Dee Rockwell, 66, passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2015. He was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on November 17, 1948 to Edward and Dorothy (Olson) Rockwell of Racine, WI.
On February 26, 1983 he was married to Nancy Alford in Houston, TX.
Jay will be dearly missed by his children, sons - Thomas Stricklin, Edward Rockwell and daughter Melissa Rockwell (Kenny Sullivan), Grandchildren Aubriana Sullivan and Alexis Rockwell, brothers John (Suzanne) Bouwens, Rocky (JoAnn) Rockwell, sister Gloria Sikes, and many relatives and dear friends.
Jay Dee was preceded in death by his wife Nancy, parents Edward and Dorothy (Olson) Rockwell, brothers Jerry Bouwens and Charles Bouwens, and Brother-In-Law Jim Sikes all of Racine, WI.
Jay Dee grew up in Racine, WI and graduated from Washington Park High School. He was an avid New York Yankee fan and Cowboys fan. He enjoyed singing, golfing, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on September 26, 2015 at 11am at All Faiths Funeral Services North.
