Our dear Joe Casarez, 61 , was given his wing May 2nd 2017 at the Hospice Austin's Christopher House.
Jojo was born in Dripping Springs on January 16th 1956. He was a hard worker ever since his adolescent years. He went on to graduate high school and there after mechanic school. He became a great mechanic. It wasn't a job for him, it was his passion. He had many hobbies and always stayed busy. Joe had many friends and a great big loving family. Everywhere he went he made friends and would give anyone the shirt off his back if needed. He was one of a kind. Big on family and took good care of them. The most wonderful man you could have ever met. Blessed to have had him in our lives. We love you dearly and you will forever be missed.
Joe was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his wife Mary and son Frank. His Brothers and sisters, many nieces and nephews. Lots more family and friends.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Shivers Center At Brackenridge. Many thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses who took great care of him. To all the wonderful people at The Hospice Austin’s Christopher House. They made his last days so comforting with the care and love they gave him and the family. We could never repay these loving kind people who cared for Joe and His wife. We hope that they know from the bottom of our hearts that we are forever grateful.
