John Marion Richardson (J.M), was born in Jacksonville, TX on October 19, 1929 and departed this world on October 19, 2016 on his 87th birthday.
He graduated from San Jacinto High School in Houston TX in 1948. After graduation he served in the United States Air Force. He was the co-owner of Precision Inspection, Ltd. In Houston, TX from 1952 until his retirement in 1991.
During the course of his life he was a semi-pro hockey player, accomplished bowler and private pilot. He spent his retirement years as an avid golfer and had many friends in Lago Vista, TX and Sun City (Georgetown), TX.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Dixie J. Richardson.
He is survived by his sons Mark Richardson of Dallas, TX, Blake Richardson of Baltimore, MD and his sister Sandra Bell of Houston, TX as well as numerous other family members.
The family wishes to thank the many loving friends and caregivers from Sun City, TX who attended to him during his illness.
A celebration of his life will be held in Sun City, TX, details to be announced at a later date.
