Justin Ralph Broce (54) was born on February 21, 1969 to Bill and Terri in Pueblo, Co.
He graduated high school from Kim, Co in 1987 and attended college at Colorado College where he received his bachelors degree in English.
Justin was a longtime Librarian for the City of Austin at the downtown library. While working at the library he earned his Masters Degree in Library Sciences. He truly found his passion and many wonderful friends while there. Austin was Justin's happy place. He loved living here.
Justin was preceded in death by his father Bill Broce, his stepfather Robert Branum and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Justin is survived by his spouse Anthony Poe of the home, Mother: Terri Branum of Canyon,Tx, Brother: Brandon Finke and wife Tina of Canyon,Tx, Sister: Sarah Broce and Step Mother: Nancy of Denver, Co. Nieces: Morgan Farren and husband Christian, Kayla King and husband Tommy, Natalee Finke, Johnna Finke and Lilee Finke, Nephew: Landon Finke, and Great Nephews Wesley Farren and Walter King all of Canyon,Tx. and Aunt: Pat Broce and Tom of Arizona.
Justin was absolutely adored and loved by so many and will be missed by all.
There will be a memorial service for all who loved Justin on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 at 10:30 am on the rooftop at the Austin Central Library located at 710 W Cesar Chavez Street in Austin. This was the place that Justin was so proud to show off to everyone who visited the Austin area!
