Kathleen Rambo

Kathleen Rambo, 65, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 after an unfortunate battle with COVID-19. She was born July 2, 1955 in Kansas City, Kansas to Harold and Grace Landau.

Kathleen married Billy Edward Rambo on April 20, 1973. She was widowed for the past 5 years parting this earth to be home with her love again.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband as well as sisters Jeanette Kohrs, Gaylen Hubbard, Theresa Landau and niece Stacy Sullivan.

Kathleen attended Sacred Heart Catholic School in Kansas City, Kansas in her youth and graduated from Reagan High School in Austin, Texas. She has donated many years of service to various charities and causes close to her heart. Always strong in her faith, she was a long-standing member of the congregation at Our Lady’s Maronite Catholic Church in Austin, Texas for over 40 years.

Kathleen is survived by many in her enormous family beginning with daughter, Jennifer Rambo and husband Mario Carbajal; son, Johnathan Rambo and wife Kelli Prather; and her grandchildren Zachariah, Sarah and Luz Divina; sisters Sheryl Landau, Mari Queller, and Denise Brown; brothers Charles Landau and Michael Landau as well as many, many nieces, nephews and their children whom she loved very much.
