Lance Dunda

Lance D. Dunda, 50, of Austin, died May 27, 2013. A memorial service will be held at Friday, May 31, 2013, 1 p.m. at Bull Creek Park in Austin, TX. Afterwards, the family will hold a celebration of life at the LeMontreaux Apartment Clubhouse, 3605 Steck Avenue.

Lance was born March 5, 1963 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of John and Joan (Courreges) Dunda. He graduated from Nicolet High School in Glendale, WI in 1981 and from Texas A&M University-CC in 1997. After several years in Corpus Christi, Lance and his family moved to Austin, TX where he enjoyed spending time with family and coaching his children's sports and activities.

Lance is survived by his wife of nearly 20 years, Tammy (Saenz) Dunda of Corpus Christi, his 3 sons, Zack Dunda of Atlanta, GA, Ryan and Dylan Dunda of Austin, his daughter Sydney Dunda of Austin and his brothers and sisters, Mark (Karla) Dunda of Austin, Erin Hanna of Cedar Park, Darren (Mary Ann) Dunda of Austin and Andrea (Adam) Cooper of Corpus Christi as well as many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and in-laws.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Joan Dunda and his sister, Colette Louise Dunda.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up for the benefit of his children.
