Lonnie Hazlewood

With deep sorrow we are writing today to announce the passing of our beloved son, Lonnie Ray Hazlewood II, on July 25th, 2015 at the age of 24.
Born a Sunday's child on September 8th, 1990, Lonnie survived a kidney birth defect that brought him to the verge of death. The severe trauma from that experience influenced his growth and development throughout his child hood. As a developing young man Lonnie was diagnosed with mental illness at the tender age of 15. Lonnie fought this disease for over 10 years. At his core, Lonnie was the gentlest of souls with great courage and a wonderful sense of humor. We will miss him for the rest of our lives and love him forever.
Lonnie was survived by his parents, brother, sister, and grandparents.

A Public Visitation will be Held Saturday August 1, 2015 from 4:00-8:00pm, during this visitation a Funeral Service will take place at 5:00pm, at All Faiths Funeral Services North Location 8507 N IH-35.
