Lorne Roy Yule, age 85, passed away at home on September 24, 2014. Lorne was born June 25, 1929 in Hollywood, California to John and Ila Yule of Cody, Wyoming.
He was a retired Air Force Master Sergeant. During his 30 years service he received many medals some of which included the Air Force Commendation Medal with bronze oak leaf cluster, the Vietnam Service Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal. He devoted his life to his family and his country.
Lorne is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Carol Maxine Yule, his son Gregory Yule and wife Rose.
He is survived by his daughters Cathy Kuhles and her husband Doug Kuhles, Joni Yule, Linda Gary and his son Douglas Yule and wife Connie. He has 9 grandchildren, Christina Ringlein, Shawn Gary, Nicole Oletski, Joshua Yule, Frances Yule, Christopher Yule, Cody Gary, Tanya Yule and Sarah Yule. His great grandchildren are Eric Oletski, MaKenzie Yule, and Jaiden Flores. He also had numerous nephews and nieces.
He was always there as a role model and mentor who helped guide and support his family. He was loved by all and will be missed dearly.
