Malcolm loved life and embraced anything new. He was an avid Nascar fan. He loved to fish, scuba dive, bungee jump, zipline, snow ski, water ski, ride a motorcycle or fly a plane.

Malcolm was a member of the Highland Lakes Amateur Radio Club. He volunteered to work many triathlons and bike races manning the communications and/or sweeping for athletes in need of assistance. He also volunteered with the Chamber of Commerce of Marble Falls and for seventeen years was a very active volunteer during the boat races each August.

Malcolm loved to sit on the dock or in a boat, fish, drink beer and tell fish stories. He loved to sit on his porch, watch the deer, and have a beer with a friend or relative that dropped by for a visit. Malcolm, like his dad, never met a stranger.
