Mary Louise Perkins (77), of Elgin, TX, passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2017 in the care of her family. Mary was born on March 13, 1940 in Elgin, Texas. Mary Perkins moved to Austin in 1954, and with her Husband, Isaiah Perkins, raised 3 daughters and 1 son. Mary Perkins retired from the Austin Independent School District and Austin State School. She was an active member of Rosewood Avenue Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be conducted at East Side Baptist Church, 2400 Northeast Dr, Austin, TX 78723 on Tuesday afternoon at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery at 3304 E. 12th St, Austin, TX 78721.
