Melody Vera Marin

Melody was born September 5th 1979 in Austin, TX. Our angel grew up in Austin showing pure love for all who she met. Many stories can be shared about Melody. The common of all stories is Melody had the heart of pure gold with untarnished diamonds. Melody had a passion for animals, fast cars and music. Melody was a mama bear. She was known for picking up babies to play with them, and she was reluctant to give them back. Melody’s favorite activity was going to dayhab to spend time with her friends.

Melody suffered many health conditions in her 44 years of life. She did not let those setbacks define her. She carried a smile as big as the sky no matter what her health was trying to do to her body. Melody’s pure soul begin her flight with the angels on December 30th, 2023 peacefully in her sleep.

Melody is preceded in death by niece Isabella Luna Tijerina, maternal grandmother Vera Garibay Marin, maternal grandfather Cirildo Soto Marin, paternal grandfather Manuel Sarabia Ramirez, paternal uncle Antonio Martin Ramirez and step grandmother Rosa Elia Tijerina.

Melody is survived by mother Martha Iris Marin, brother Jonathan Alex Tijerina, stepbrother Ernesto Pilar Vasquez, father Michael Servantez Ramirez, stepfather Juan Cadena Tijerina Jr., and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
