Patricia Licce

Patricia O’Neil Licce died on July 30, 2021 after a prolonged illness.  She is survived by her daughter Katie Licce, son Ryan Licce, former husband Pete Licce, mother Billie Joyce O’Neil, sister Peggy Navratil, nephew Oliver Navratil, niece Alexandra Navratil, brother David O’Neil, sister-in-law Susan Reitz O’Neil, M.D., niece Amy Dudley, M.D. and her husband Elliott Dudley, niece Ariel O’Neil, M.D., nephew Sean O’Neil and his wife Tori O’Neil, M.D., brother Scott Patrick O’Neil and wife Laura Isensee O’Neil and niece Frankie O’Neil.  She was preceded in death by her father Francis Scott O’Neil, M.D.

“Trich” was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 14, 1961.  She moved with her family from Detroit to New Orleans and then on to Houston.  She graduated from the University of Houston with degrees in mathematics and computer science.  After a few years of programming, Trich and her husband Pete opened three GNC nutrition stores in Cedar Park, Marble Falls and Round Rock, Texas.  After selling the stores, Trich spend many years as a gifted and beloved mathematics and computer science teacher and is remembered fondly by many former students.  She loved horses and greatly enjoyed the years that her family owned some acreage in Oatmeal, Texas.  Occasionally, she also indulged her passion for playing bridge.  Trich spent her last few years living in Austin.
