Patricia Raymond

Patricia Renee was born on September 22, 1962 with her twin, the late Latricia Banee to the union of Melva Lee Fair & Ozell Shannon. Patricia was the oldest of four siblings.

She matriculated and graduated from Austin High School. Upon graduation, she attended Austin Community College where she received her Medical Assistant Certification.

Patricia united in marriage to Wilson Raymond and to this union three children were born.

She was Saved acording to Acts 2:38 at First United Pentecostal Church (World of Pentecost) of Austin, Texas under the leadership of Bishop Kenneth Phillips. It was at World of Pentecost where she developed spiritual gifts such as Prayer & Intercession and a strong gift of Discernment. She continued steadfast in the Apostolic Doctrine at The First Apostolic Church of Lockhart, Texas under the leadership of the late, Pastor Dora V. Jones, the late, Bishop Lanier Byrd and its current Pastor, Bishop Deborah Byrd. Upon relocation to Houston, she united with Apostolic Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church under the leadership of Pastor Dr. L. A. Roch. As her health declined she enjoyed fellowship with Sanctuary of Deliverance Church in Austin, Texas.

In May of 2012, Patricia was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. Patricia maintained her Faith in God for divine healing. As a result of the aforementioned, she celebrated 4 Years as Breast Cancer Survivor! Through it all, she never lost her Praise!

Patricia was preceded in death by her Mother: Melva Walker, Father: Ozell Shannon, Brother: Gerald Shannon, & Twin Sister: Latricia Moore To cherish her precious and faithful memories are her children: Marcus Raymond, Kelly Raymond-Taylor (Shawn), Tanisha Raymond, Grandsons:, Izaiah Raymond, Zion Taylor. Brothers: Michael Shannon, James Shannon. Sister: Shiquera Shannon. A host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Relatives & Friends. Spiritual Families: The First AP/Lockhart & The AT/Houston.
