Robert Eugene Morgan

It is said that when life begins, it is like an open book with many blank pages. Each day as we live our deeds are recorded page by page until we close our eyes in death, waiting that great getting up morning.

The pages of this book began for Robert Eugene Morgan when he was born on February 25, 1955 in Lampasas, Texas.
Robert grew up in Georgetown, Texas where he attended public school. He professed a love for Christ at an early age, and united with Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church. He later united with Greater Works Baptist Church.

Robert had a very loving spirit and cared about everyone that he came into contact with. Robert had a passion for cooking whether at home or at work. Robert was employed for many years at K-Bob's Steakhouse in Round Rock, Texas until his health declined. Robert was a diehard Dallas Cowboy fan.

He was preceded in death by his mother Princess Washington-Wood and Grandparents

He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Doris Morgan of Killeen, Texas, two brothers Horace Norvell , of Georgetown, Texas and Rev. James Williams, Sr. (Linda) of Austin, Texas, two sisters Gloria "Diane" Webb of Austin, Texas and Marie Wood of Little Rock, Arkansas . He has a host of nieces, nephews, loving family members, and special friends: Scott and Brenda Mitchell.

Visitation willl be held for Family and Friends on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at All Faiths Funeral Chapel-North Location, 8507 N. IH-35, Austin Texas.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 1:00pm at All Faiths Funeral Chapel-North Location. Internment Committal Service will follow at Rocky Hollow Cemetery in Georgetown, Texas.
