Robert Wilburn

Robert Lee Wilburn, was born June 16, 1969, in Yazoo City, Mississippi, to Earl and Dollie Wilburn.  Both preceded him in death.  He went home to be with his Lord and Savior on August 23, 2019.  He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and later united with the Zion Rest Missionary Baptist Church, Austin TX.  He was known for his gentle and quiet spirit and he had a smile for everyone he met.  Two of his favorite things to do was singing and writing special prayers that honored God’s word using scripture.  The final viewing will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. and the Home Going Celebration will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Zion Rest located at 3326 Paisano Trail, Austin, Texas  78745, R. E. Foster, Pastor.
