Rodney Carr Sr

October 29, 1981 — January 1, 2013

North Austin Location

Rodney Adam Carr was born October 29, 1981 to Roy Anthony Carr Sr. and Claudia Ray Carr in Austin, TX.
Rodney was schooled in the Austin Independent School District graduating from Johnston High School in 1999. While in school Rodney trained to become a mechanic which he excelled at, and it became a passion.
Rodney had a love of Cadillac cars, motorcycles, and art. If he was not working, he was out riding his motorcycle that he rebuilt with his own bare hands. And he was proud to let you know that he did just that "in his own special way". Rodney was eager to show you his skills in whatever he had an interest in, whether it be drawing, or leaving lasting impressions with his tattoo gun or just out riding out and keeping up with the Bone Heads motorcycle club that affectionately gave him the nickname "Trigger". But above all else Rodney was a proud father, that loved his children and loved to spend time with them any chance he got.
Rodney was employed by Republic Services, as a warehouse mechanic which he loved and we could all tell that by the fact he always had on his work jumpsuit even when he wasn't on the clock. But that's what he loved to do, work on things and getting dirty.

On January 1, 2013 Rodney along with his first born child, Rodney Jr. took one final bike ride together, and entered the Kingdom of Heaven together on a motorcycle chariot each receiving their seats in God's Kingdom of eternal life.

Rodney is joined in death by his Grandmother Mae Bess Brothers, Grandfather John Foster Carr, Grandfather Charles Allen Ray, his Mother Claudia Ray Waters, his stepfather Ronald Waters. As well as his very own son Rodney Carr Jr.
Rodney leaves to cherish his memory his Grandmother Dorothy Ray, Father Roy Carr Sr. (Regina) his children twin daughters Geisla Catera Carr and Dejah Michae Carr, their mother Geisla Brown-Holt (Sergio), his adopted mother Linda Hart (Jesse) siblings Tina Hart (Michael), Carlisha Jones (Terrence), Roy Carr Jr. (Ebony), Brandy Johnson, Tracy Montez, Kimiko Montez, Tory Carr, Reginald Carr, Raeshell Carr 17 nieces and nephews which he shared a special bond and passion for motorcycles with his nephew Obdarius Ware. Rodney also leaves to cherish his memory and bond with Rose Finney and the Bone Heads Motorcycle Club.
