Rodolfo Carbajal

Rodolfo "Rudy" Carbajal, 38, of Austin, Texas, was called home by our Heavenly Father on June 11, 2023.

He was born May 31, 1985 to Parents Domingo and Martha Granados.

He was preceded in death by Grandparents Feliciano and Jesusa Mendieta; Uncles Abraham Mendieta and Pedro Mendieta, Sr.; and Aunts Virginia Mendoza and Felicita Armonta.

Rudy leaves behind the following loved ones to honor his memory: Parents Domingo and Martha Granados; Brother Michael Mendieta and wife Michelle Martinez; Brother Domingo Mendieta and wife Liliana Hernandez; Sister Amy Granados; Nieces and Nephews Michael Mendieta Jr., Joshua Mendieta, Aidyn Granados, Maria Granados, Natalia Granados, and Julian DeLeon.
