Sherman Coleman, Jr

Sherman (Bud), was born September 8, 1958, in Illinois to Sherman Coleman Sr. and Carrie Hamilton. He lived in San Antonio, Texas before settling in Austin, Texas. He graduated from Judson High School in Converse, Texas in 1977. After high school he served in the U.S. Army as a Military Intelligent Specialist. Then, he was employed 21 years at Heritage Park where he became the Director of Maintenance until his health declined.

Mr. Coleman is survived by his wife Marie Coleman; daughters, Michelle Isaac (Andrew), Christina Meriwether, Alexandra Coleman, Carrie Jean Coleman; son Willie Thompson; sisters, Bernice Bennet, Wanda Barnett, Kathy Coleman Bryant, Jacqueline Coleman, brothers, Larry Ware, Michael Wilson, Charles Coleman, Gerald Wilson, Timothy Wilson; aunt and uncle Florence and Alfred Cunningham; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Sherman was preceded in death by his son Maurice Coleman and brothers Alonzo Johnson and Milton Crayton, parents Carrie Hamilton and Sherman Coleman, Sr. and stepmom Ethel Coleman.
