Theodore was born on July 17, 1928 in Cameron, Texas to Theodore Roosevelt Nobles Sr. and Verlie Mae Nobles Carter. He grew up in Caldwell and later moved to Austin, Texas. At an early age he accepted Christ at Friendly Chapel AME Church. He attended school at Freeman High School. Theodore was a very strong, and a hard dedicated worker.
He was loved by family, and friends in the community. He touched many hearts with his strong and kind personality. He was always ambitious to work. Theodore had a very enthusiastic work ethic, in which a neighborhood park was dedicated in his honor.
He is preceded in death by both parents his beloved sister Corinthia Miles (Nikita), Ethel Mae Simms, his brother, Willie Nobles (Alice), special aunt, Elizabeth Turner (Lawson) and his lifelong friend Mattie McDuffie, Austin, Texas. His loved ones left to cherish his memory; daughter Felicia Dee, Austin, Texas, and Susie Brown (Johnny); son Jerome Morris, Dallas, Texas, Charles Brown, Austin, Texas, Abdullah Ali, (Cynthia), Austin, Texas, Roy Loggins, Austin, Texas, Ray Loggins, Austin, Texas, Clarence Simms (Melva), Austin, Texas, Tommy Logans, Austin, Texas; three grandchildren, Unique Standberry, Austin, Texas, Ginesys Hyder, Austin, Texas, Gabriel Hyder, Austin, Texas; one special Great Grandchild, Timothy Blaylock Jr., Austin, Texas; two brothers, Victor Carter, Topeka, Kansas, Vendor Carter (Paulean), Topeka, Kansas, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends: James Wilson (Coach), and Johnny Colvin.
