Wanda Jane Oliver Williams, 62, died August 18th, 2012 in Pflugerville, Texas. Wanda arrived into this world on March 19th, 1950 born to Dorothy Oliver and Uris Leepers.
Wanda worked for Southern Union Gas / Texas Gas for 22 years. She was an avid volunteer for many organizations through her years of service. She is a member of the Alpha Seventh-Day Adventist Church, where she was an assistant Deaconess. Her passions were her family, and friends. She was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Wanda was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in June 2009. After learning of her condition she went through many treatments with lots of faith and strength. Her cancer had spread to her lungs as well as her brain by August 2010, and yet she fought on. Her last remaining words to her family were to love one another, and have unfailing trust in God.
Wanda was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Lee, her father Uris Leepers, and her son Brieon L Fresch. She leaves to cherish her memories two daughter: Twola Nealy (James) of Smithville, TX and Tamika Spence of Pflugerville, TX. Two grandsons: Brieon J. Brown of Smithville, TX and Xavier Spence of Pflugerville, TX. Two Godchildren: Demetria Callis (Tony) of Edna, TX and Dominic Nelms of Pflugerville, TX. Three sisters: Phyllis Rainey of California state, Janet and Dianna Lee of Pflugerville, TX. Two brothers: Kenneth Lee of Charleston, SC and Anthony Lee of Honolulu, HI. Two special aunts: Martha Johnson, and Harriet Lee, a special niece: Shelia Rachee', and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation Services will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday at All Faiths Funeral Service-North, 8507 N. IH-35, Austin, Texas. A Memorial Services will be held on Friday at 11:00am at Alpha Seventh Day Adventist Church, 3016 E. 51st St., Austin, Texas. This will conclude the services for Mrs. Williams.
