Wilbert Sinegal Jr

Wilbert Sinegal Jr. (Jr. Boy) was born January 17, 1959 to Wilbert Sinegal Sr. (Nami) and Birdie Mae Wiltz Sinegal in Port Arthur, Texas.

He attended Franklin Elementary School, Woodrow Wilson Jr. High School and Lincoln High School and finished his schooling at Gary Job Corps in San Marcos, Texas.

He worked out of Labors Local Union # 853 in Port Arthur, Texas and later became a truck driver over the road until his health had become a factor in his life, but if anyone knows Jr. Boy, the buck didn't stop there, he would do concrete jobs as a finisher. His uncle James taught him that skill at a very young age until his departure. He was thankful for his uncle James (Big Daddy) for taking out the time to teach him that trade.

Wilbert married Vera Faye Williams on May 8, 1984 who had three children whom he raised as his own.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Birdie Mae Sinegal, father, Wilbert Sinegal Sr. and sister, Dianna M. Sinegal.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Vera Sinegal; three children, Leonard Lewis (Chante), Ordonus Lewis and Alaska Lewis (Levin) all of Austin; two brothers, Donald R. Sinegal, Terry Sinegal (Paula) of Elroy, TX; one sister, Bridgette Benjamin (Eric) of Port Arthur, TX; five grandchildren, David Jackson, Legend Lewis, Lyric Lewis, Deja Lewis and Nahje'a Carter all of Austin; two adopted children, Amasha and Trevon Sorrells of Austin; three nieces, Rosalind Higgins (John) of Hutto, TX, Michelle Steward (Gerald ) of Leander, TX, and Cody Sinegal of Austin; 12 nephews and nieces and a host of relatives and friends.

A visitation with the family will be held on Friday, March 29, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at All Faiths Funeral Service - North location.
Funeral Services will start at 11:00 a.m. at Eastside Baptist Church, Austin, Texas. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery, Austin, Texas.
